Housekeeping Unit

The Housekeeping Unit serves the different University units in a variety of housekeeping-related spheres. These services include:

• Cleaning buildings using cleaning companies
• Transporting and moving equipment within and outside the campus
• Landscaping and maintaining courtyards of all campus spaces
• Distributing mail to and from units
• Signs, flags and markings for roadways
• Storage and archiving services, including historic documentation
• Attending to the University’s art assets
• Representing the University vis-à-vis Shikkun U-Vinui Real Estate company regarding dormitories, and promoting new projects
• Coordinating requests for housing allotments and ongoing accounting
• Ongoing responsibility for Administration buildings (Senate, Administration and Dan David)
