Electricity

  • Input from Israel Electric Corporation over three lines - 23 megawatts at high voltage.
  • 11 transformer stations.
  • Annual consumption of 60,000,000 kWh.
  • Cost is around NIS 34 million (part of which is repaid by concessionaires).
     

Building maintenance

  • 100 buildings, approximately 350,000 sq.m. built-up area.
  • 239 definitions of service places on the maintenance plan Water system.

Water system

  • Two reservoirs with a volume of 2,000 cu.m. are fed from 2 entry points from the Tel Aviv municipality.
  • Annual consumption of 350,000 cu.m., of which 80,000 cu.m. is for irrigation.
  • Water costs come to about NIS 4 million per year Communications.

 

Communications

  • Switchboard with roughly 6,000 extensions connected through P.R.I.
  • Channels to all communications companies.
  • Calls transferred by a call router (in the past there were six operators).
  • About 550 cellular phones through an accountant general agreement (currently with Pelephone).
  • Communications costs of some NIS 2.5 million per year (including switchboard maintenance).

 

Electromechanical systems

  • Two energy centers that provide 5,700 tons of cooling.
  • 4,600 local split air conditioners.
  • 1,500 tons of cooling in local units (economics, Senate, multi-disciplinary, collections, Porter, Jaglom, animal tower, engineering, Wiener).
  • 102 elevators and chairlifts.
  • 75 autoclaves.
  • 300 fume hoods.
